{"id":316,"date":"2007-12-04T01:09:54","date_gmt":"2007-12-04T08:09:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.elrentaplats.cat\/blog\/index.php?entry=entry071204-090954"},"modified":"2007-12-04T01:09:54","modified_gmt":"2007-12-04T08:09:54","slug":"pastis-de-xocolata-den-robert","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.francescbalague.com\/blog\/2007\/12\/04\/pastis-de-xocolata-den-robert\/","title":{"rendered":"Past\u00eds de Xocolata d&#8217;en Robert"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ja ha corregut la veu&#8230; i ara no hi ha qui ho pari! <\/p>\n<p>Amb l\u2019ajuda de la Conxa vaig fer el past\u00eds de xocolata d\u2019en Robert, tipus brownie, per portar a la feina el dia del canvi de despatx&#8230; total que ara que fem un altre sopar, i sense preguntar ja m\u2019ha tocat repetir-lo! <\/p>\n<p>A mi m\u2019agrada molt i com que sembla que qui el prova (oi Oriol?) tamb\u00e9, doncs us deixo aqu\u00ed la recepta i ho proveu, per\u00f2 aneu amb compte, demostrar aquesta habilitat us pot perseguir de per vida \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><br \/>200 g. de mantega<br \/>200g. de sucre<br \/>200g. de xocolata fundant<br \/>5 ous<\/p>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/b><br \/>Posar la xocolata i la mantega a fondre al \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bany_maria\" target=\"_blank\" >bany maria<\/a>\u201d<br \/>Barrejar els rovells d\u2019ou i el sucre fins aconseguir una massa pastosa.<br \/>Muntar les clares a punt de neu.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s remenem la xocolata i mantega amb els ous i el sucre, i un cop ben remenat hi afegim les clares a punt de neu.<\/p>\n<p>Posar-ho al forn (en fred, sense haver-lo escalfat pr\u00e8viament) i uns 25 minuts a 180 graus.
